Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri has been a popular Indian actress, who gained recognition for her performance in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun and Beta Saajan. The actress was initially famous for her 1980s role in Tezaab where she co-starred along with an established actor Anil Koopor. Her subsequent appearance on the screen was in Dil with Aamir. In Mumbai the city she was born within a middle class family parents. At a very young age, she began to take dance lessons. As a teen, she tried her hand at acting, but the majority of those early films were unsuccessful. She finally found success, and she was one of the most well-known actresses within the Indian film business. She decided to take a break from her career due to her marriage, before going back to the industry of entertainment. In recent years, Dixit was a key player on Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggle of Indian women. Dixit was awarded eight Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen she was nominated for. The actress was also honoured with her Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Her work in the field of social service is known to the world.
